Destra Preferred and Income Securities Fund Announces Name Change

The Destra Preferred and Income Securities Fund recently changed it's name to the Destra Flaherty & Crumrine Preferred and Income Fund. All fund Ticker Symbols, Cusips and other information remains the same. The name change was conducted to help strengthen the relationship of the Fund to it's managers, Flaherty & Crumrine Incorporated.
